When you request a free takeoff

We collect the plan file you upload, your email address, your company name and your role. If you tick the box for product news, we keep that choice too. We do not ask you to create an account.

To protect the free service from abuse, we also run a bot check and keep a one-way hash of your IP address for rate limits. We never store the IP address itself.

Why we use it

We use your drawings only to prepare your takeoff. We use your email to send the link that starts your takeoff, to send you the finished takeoff, and to tell you if we cannot do it. We use your company and role to understand who the service is for.

We do not sell your information. We send product news only if you ticked the box, and you can stop it at any time.

How long we keep it

We delete your uploaded drawings 30 days after we deliver your takeoff. If you never confirm your email, we delete the upload within a few days.

Your takeoff is shared through a private link with a long random ID that is kept out of search engines. Anyone you send the link to can open it.

Asking us to delete it

Email info@concretemixai.com from the address you used, and we will delete your drawings, your takeoff and your details. You can also ask what we hold about you.

The rest of the site

The calculators and practice exams run in your browser and do not ask for your details. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your own browser.
